Includes in Your Rate
The rates are per person based on double occupancy basis unless specified otherwise and includes only what is specified in each program, accommodations, transfers, tours, transportation, guides, etc...
Not Included in Your Rate
The following is a list of some major items not included in the tour rate: excess baggage charges, room service charges, items not on portions of menus reserved for “Tour Company” passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and otherwise, items of a personal nature and any extensions, additions or changes to the proposed tour.
Tips & Taxes
Gratuities, border fees and additional taxes collected by governments, airports, airlines and other entities are not included unless specifically listed as included features. These amounts will appear on your bill and must be included with the final payment.
Visa & Documentations
Each member must have a valid passport for at least 6 months after departure. All persons are responsible for obtaining information about entry requirements and the documentation necessary to enter those countries to which they are traveling according to Passport Nationality and countries visited. Also returning home
Health Requirements
It is the responsibility of the passenger to verify with his physician the health requirements and vaccinations for the trip and the passenger’s responsibility to verify with his physician that his health will allow him to participate in the tour.
Insurance
The tour is 100% non-refundable 60 days prior to departure. Prices do not include insurance for passengers due to loss on the trips herein. Passengers are strongly urged to purchase full comprehensive insurance as protection for trip cancellation/interruption, Flights, Medical expenses overseas, baggage and money loss and any other travel services purchased at time of booking.
Deposit payment & Cancellation Policy
The Deposit f is fully non-refundable (The deposit will be applied to final payment).
If you have to cancel
25 % of total tour cost is nonrefundable 60-31 days prior to departure
100 % of total tour cost is nonrefundable 30-0 days prior to departure
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure
If we cancels the tour the deposit will be refunded less $100 administration fee
No refunds will be made for unused tour services
Responsibilities & Liabilities
I agree to release Sunworld Tours ( Yaffa Tours) from any complications arising from the use of transportation, accommodations, tour programs or other program components, services or activities in connection there with. Sunworld Tours ( Yaffa Tours) carefully select suppliers but cannot be held responsible for their acts and omissions.
Travelers are advised that they are traveling at their own risk and that we are providing the service to facilitate the requests of travelers. We reserves the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control: the carrier, or the hotel accommodations utilized, or any other. The prices advertised in this itinerary are subject to change due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the US dollar, gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger will be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase. All components of the tours are included in good faith.
There is an ongoing advisory in effect for Bethlehem (West Bank). This advisory is valid at this time, and will need to be checked before you leave on the tour. Please note that, while in the West Bank or Gaza Strip, your insurance policy does not provide coverage related to a terrorist attack or any other travel advisories issued at the time of travel.
